Angels of Hope Home Care Agency LLC is seeking a reliable Client Coordinator to support client intake, appointment scheduling, medical records, and daily office operations in our Indianapolis office.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of medical office experience, understands medical terminology, and enjoys helping people. This role involves greeting clients, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of medical office or healthcare experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic healthcare office procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors and provide professional, friendly customer service.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Assist with client intake, assessment paperwork, and required documentation.
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
• Maintain accurate medical records and organized electronic and paper files.
• Use medical terminology to support administrative tasks and healthcare documentation.
• Enter and update client information, prepare documents, and assist with reports.
• Handle confidential client information according to organizational policies.
• Order office supplies, monitor inventory, and process mail and packages.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking as needed.
• Participate in community outreach and coordinate with vendors and community contacts.
• Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
