Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Client Care Coordinator in Tyler, TX. This full-time on-site role supports families and care teams, coordinating clinician duties and handling scheduling—delivering compassionate, organized service in a fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with clinical staff, maintain timely communications, and ensure high-quality care while building trust with families and nursing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, scheduling, or client-facing administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities; familiarity with standard office tech.

As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll be a key connection point between families and care teams, helping ensure a smooth, supportive experience for both clients and clinicians.
