Job summary

Brightstar Care is hiring a Client Care Coordinator to ensure high-quality home care services in the Manassas/Ashburn area. The role involves coordinating client schedules, matching caregivers to needs, and maintaining daily communications with clients and families.

You will support on-call scheduling and ensure compliance with HIPAA and office procedures while contributing to a warm, patient-centered office culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and families.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills to manage multiple clients and caregivers.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client schedules and match caregivers to needs.
• Handle phone and email communications and data entry in scheduling system.
• Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers about home care needs and scheduling.
• Serve as a trusted resource for clients and their loved ones.
• Implement process improvements as needed.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation.
