Job summary

Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking an Inside Sales Representative/Client Care Coordinator to connect families with in-home care solutions by phone, understand their needs with empathy, and schedule in-home consultations. You will help deliver compassionate service and build relationships to support caregivers and families.

This fast-paced role includes on-call duties and a bonus culture. A high school diploma with two years of business experience is preferred; Spanish language skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Able to work independently with sound judgment.
• Available for on-call duty outside normal office hours.
• Spanish preferred.

The Inside Sales Representative/Client Care Coordinator is responsible for using Right at Home services to bring value to families inquiring about home care services for their loved one.

• Plays the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community.

• Immediately answers the phone with the express intent of improving the quality of life for the caller.

• Relies on empathy to learn and understand a family’s care needs.

• Shares helpful community resources.

• Schedules in-home consultations and care delivery start dates.

• Has a successful sales track record in converting customers over the phone and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.

• Continues with client care success and quality assurance.

• On call duties

The desired candidate will possess the following:

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.

• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.

• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.

• Spanish preferred
