Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in healthcare/home care/client management.
• Strong computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft 365 and DocuSign.
• Empathetic customer service; excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and professionals.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle; pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Field outreach and relationship building with referral sources in San Angelo.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct in-home consultations, guide onboarding.
• Perform regular client check-ins and update care plans as conditions evolve.
• Collaborate with Scheduling to match caregivers to clients by needs.
• Serve as primary contact to address questions and adjust care as needed.
