One You Love Homecare San Antonio is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support the daily operations of our home care office. You will be coordinating caregiver schedules, speaking with families, interviewing potential caregivers, conducting client visits, and resolving scheduling issues with a patient, organized approach.

The role offers training on our systems, services, policies, and the home care industry, and requires curiosity, self-motivation, and ownership of learning.

Qualificações

• Experience working in home health services or senior care preferred.
• Ability to use multiple digital systems on desktop and mobile devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support office leadership with scheduling, interviewing caregivers, and administrative tasks.
• Conduct telephone intakes with prospective clients and families.
• Perform initial home visits to explain services and complete service agreements.
• Follow-up visits to ensure client satisfaction with care and services.
• Manage scheduling, including replacement and substitute caregivers.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records per requirements.
• Coordinate and interview prospective caregivers and identify suitable matches.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
