Job summary

JEVS Care at Home is seeking a Client Care Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and caregivers in a home‑care setting. You will staff, schedule, and supervise field staff to meet client needs and drive growth through client and employee satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to match clients with caregivers for long‑term services. You will report to the Associate Director of the Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or related field preferred or minimum 2 years’ experience in Home Care, Social Work, and/or work with The Office of Long-Term Living.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
• Spanish Speaking preferred
• Must have own car, valid driver’s license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Staffing, scheduling, and supervision of field staff to meet client needs.
• Drive growth through client and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure 100% service utilization and proper communication with Managed Care Organizations.
• Oversee EVV and timesheet compliance; address discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Health and Education, payroll, and Patient Navigator teams.
