ECI Comfort in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Client Care & Booking Specialist to join our full-time team. You will handle calls, schedule service and sales appointments, and guide customers through options to secure booked appointments.

The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, is confident on the phone, and values teamwork while delivering excellent customer experiences. HVAC exposure is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC is helpful but not required.
• Backgrounds in customer service, inside sales, automotive BDC, hospitality, medical scheduling, apartment leasing or similar roles may be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls.
• Schedule service and sales appointments.
• Follow up with customers and open opportunities.
• Help customers understand their options.
• Work closely with our service, sales and dispatch teams.
• Keep accurate customer information in our system.
• Help create a great customer experience from the first call.
