Job summary

ECI Comfort in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Client Care & Booking Specialist to join our full-time team. You will handle calls, schedule service and sales appointments, and guide customers through options to secure booked appointments.

The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, is confident on the phone, and values teamwork while delivering excellent customer experiences. HVAC exposure is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC is helpful but not required.
• Backgrounds in customer service, inside sales, automotive BDC, hospitality, medical scheduling, apartment leasing or similar roles may be a great fit.

Client Care & Booking Specialist

ECI Comfort | Langhorne, PA | Full-Time

We are looking for someone who is great with people, confident on the phone, and knows how to keep things moving.

Our Client Care team helps customers solve problems, schedules service calls, follows up on opportunities, and makes sure every customer feels taken care of.

You should be comfortable talking with customers all day, asking good questions, and turning conversations into booked appointments.

What You'll Do
