Job summary

Lexicon is a legal services and technology provider supporting Cordell & Cordell. The Account Care Representative acts as the bridge between clients and attorneys on billing and payments, delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 am–7 pm, with training 8 am–5 pm. After 90 days, a hybrid work option may be available based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or collections experience.
• Strong math basics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Obtain payments by notifying clients of account status.
• Answer billing questions from attorneys and clients.
• Coordinate with the Client Care Department on client concerns.
• Update client records when needed.
• Communicate with attorneys regularly about account status.
