Job summary

Lexicon Services is seeking an Account Care Representative in our Account Care department. The role acts as the bridge between clients and attorneys regarding billing and financial matters, handling client payments in a customer-friendly way.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am–7 pm, with training 8 am–5 pm. After 90 days, a hybrid work environment may be offered, allowing some days to work from home. The team emphasizes excellent service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or collections experience.
• Strong math skills and general numerical ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Obtain payments by notifying clients of account status
• Answer billing questions from attorneys and clients
• Coordinate with our internal Client Care Department regarding client concerns
• Update client records as needed
• Communicate with attorneys on a regular basis regarding the status of client accounts
• Professional positive demeanor, team-like/cross function cooperation
• Excellent computer literacy, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Go above and beyond on simple requests to make things easier on others

Account Care Representative

Lexicon is seeking to hire an Account Care Representative in our Account Care department. The Account Care Representative is the bridge between our clients and their attorneys regarding billing and financial matters. This position handles collection of client’s payments in a very customer friendly way. You are committed to excellent customer service!

Work schedule is Monday thru Friday from 10 am - 7 pm.

Hours during training are 8 am - 5 pm. After 90 days and based on performance, this role may offer a hybrid work environment, allowing for some days to work from home.
