Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years related work experience OR 4+ years related work experience.
Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with data interpretation and handling billing exceptions.
Experience with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve daily billing exceptions to ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
Review system data to identify discrepancies and escalate as needed.
Respond to client inquiries with clear, timely resolutions.
Communicate with partners to resolve billing inquiries or discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
Provide system change updates to clients to maintain transparency.
Support peers and participate in team learning activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
