Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; prior healthcare claims processing or benefits administration preferred.
• 1–2 years of healthcare claims processing, or benefits administration experience.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present a knowledgeable, professional image on behalf of the company.
• Handle inbound calls on a queue system.
• Assist clients and employees with claims and benefit issues.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Educate client employees on maximizing plan benefits.
• Document all activities for accurate reporting.
