Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in New Bern, NC is seeking a Regular full-time teammate to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior service. You will educate clients on digital self-service tools and support outbound outreach.

Responsibilities include assisting with IRM initiatives, participating in leadership routines, and adhering to controls and training requirements. English fluency, a high school diploma, and weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
