Job summary

Truist in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Regular, full-time Banking Associate to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior service while identifying financial needs. You will support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management activities.

You will educate clients on digital banking and assist with outbound outreach, referrals, and cross-selling to meet client needs across branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by conducting complex and standardized transactions while identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outreach, checking for client offers, and referring needs to the branch team or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and share product knowledge through trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution at branch level.
