Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel/overnights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a high service level.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile Banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and client service.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
