Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and executing transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities and referring to branch specialists.
• Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling appropriate products and services.
