Columbia Bank is seeking a Personal Banker in Battle Ground, WA to deliver exceptional client service and grow relationships with consumers and small businesses. You will identify needs, present suitable products, and refer clients to partners while occasionally supporting teller duties.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, banking experience, cash-handling skills, and the ability to develop lending capabilities. NMLS is preferred. Onsite work and a competitive pay range apply.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products/services.
• Ability to actively develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform calculations.
• Proficient in expanding client relationships and creating new/expanded business.
• NMLS license (Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional client experience per Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
• Acquire new and expand existing client relationships by identifying needs and offering appropriate products.
• Uncover consumer lending opportunities and refer clients to appropriate partners.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and follow through on commitments.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Support branch goals by referring bank products to internal partners.
• Resolve client issues with proactive follow-through.
• Build familiarity with business, consumer, and trust banking.
• Assist as a resource to Client Service Specialists, including teller duties when needed.
