Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with transactions and inquiries.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile Banking).
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for tailored solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
