Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the branch experience.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening of new accounts while following policy and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
