Qualifications

• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend/extended hours availability with some travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service banking options (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
