Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inform customers of procedures for applying for services such as ATM or debit cards, direct deposit, and CDs.
• Obtain customer information needed for opening accounts or renting safe-deposit boxes.
• Answer questions and explain services like deposit accounts, Online banking, and mobile banking.
• Refer customers to appropriate bank personnel to meet financial needs.
• Compile information about new accounts, enter data into computers, and file forms.
