Responsibilities

• Inform customers about procedures for opening accounts and related services.
• Gather customer information for account opening and safe-deposit box rental.
• Answer questions and explain services like deposits, Online/Mobile Banking.
• Refer customers to appropriate bank staff to meet financial needs.
• Enter account information into systems and file related documents.
• Assist in teller/vault audits as needed.
• Perform Personal Banker duties as required.
• Handle errors and refer to appropriate bank personnel.
