Relationship Manager
Position Summary:

This position reports to the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Chief Retail Banking Officer. This position is responsible for assisting customers desiring to open bank accounts, explaining banking services available to prospective customers and assisting them in preparing application forms.

Essential Functions:
  • Inform customers of procedures for applying for services such as ATM or debit cards, direct deposit of checks and certificates of deposit.
  • Obtain customer information needed for opening accounts or renting safe-deposit boxes.
  • Answer customers' questions, and explain available services such as deposit accounts, Online banking, mobile banking, etc.
  • Refer customers to appropriate bank personnel to meet their financial needs.
  • Compile information about new accounts, enter account information into computers, and file related forms or other documents.
  • Investigate and refer errors to appropriate bank personnel.
  • Perform Personal Banker duties as needed.
  • Assist in teller/vault audits when needed.
  • All other duties assigned.
