Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and long-term goals.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Refers clients to specialists as needed to deepen relationships while ensuring compliant outcomes.
