Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes
• Weekend and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnight may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level and handle complex transactions with assistance as needed
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking)
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for Truist solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Pursue product knowledge through trainings and meetings
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution
