Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular/Full-time Retail Banking Associate in the Miami area. You will deliver timely client service, handle transactions accurately, and promote digital banking solutions.

The role includes outbound client outreach and collaboration with the branch team to meet financial needs. As part of the IRM framework, you will support sales activities, maintain compliance with policies, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and schedule flexibility.
• Able to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and maintaining accurate records of monies.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales with outbound calls and identify client needs for branch referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal control, procedures, and risk management policies.
