You will engage clients, ask questions to uncover needs, and refer them to appropriate TD partners. The role requires a can-do attitude, strong communication, and a commitment to risk and regulatory standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years customer-facing experience preferred.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver everyday banking and basic consumer account opening/maintenance.
• Serve as first point of contact for clients and guide them to appropriate partners.
• Engage in outbound/inbound client outreach and referrals to specialists.
• Perform a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
