Hancock Whitney in Beaumont, TX is seeking an energetic sales and service professional to manage and grow client relationships at our Financial Center. You will advise clients on banking solutions, educate on digital channels, and process routine transactions with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, meeting branch goals, and coordinating with partners across mortgage, business banking, and investments while upholding risk and compliance standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of sales, client service, or retail experience required; banking experience preferred.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 required; background check and registration necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Build, manage, and retain client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative conversations.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATMs, and emerging technologies).
• Process routine financial center transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
• Greet clients, monitor lobby activity, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Identify and refer clients to internal partners for mortgage, business banking, or investments.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve branch goals and growth.
