Job summary

• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to work with customers to identify banking needs.
• Proven interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to organize responsibilities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver quality service.
• Knowledge of banking terminology and procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers actively and determine their banking needs as a single point of contact for transactions.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier checks, wire transfers, and ACH transactions via lobby, drive-up, or phone.
• Balance drawers, perform night deposit/mail processing, ATM servicing, and related tasks.
• Provide account maintenance and problem solving for customers, including transfers and balance inquiries.
• Open and close personal and business accounts and refer additional Bank products and services.
• Identify opportunities to refer Bank, Trust, Brokerage, and Insurance products to customers.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training and quality service programs.
• Adhere to BankWest policies and privacy standards and support community involvement.
