Job summary

Qualifications

• ABA Universal Banker Certification Program required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and handle multiple responsibilities while delivering quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine banking needs, serving as a single point of contact for transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, wire transfers and ACH transactions accurately.
• Perform account maintenance, stop payments, transfers, and balance inquiries.
• Open new personal and business accounts and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Sell and refer BankWest products and services to customers.
• Identify prospects and grow customer relationships outside the Bank.
