Responsibilities

• Provides high level of service to create an exceptional client experience.
• Builds relationships and acts as a trusted advisor to enhance loyalty.
• Uncovers opportunities to use bank solutions to meet client needs.
• Refers products and services to meet quarterly sales goals.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and account maintenance accurately.
• Maintains cash drawer and balances daily.
• Handles daily mail, night drop, and ATM transactions; balances ATM as applicable.
• Uses the Transaction Management System (TMS) and encodes/scans branch transactions.
• Places holds on transactions per policy; executes stop payments as required.
• Issues negotiable instruments in line with BSA/AML/CIP and prepares CTR/SAC reports.
• Opens personal and basic business accounts; maintains existing accounts.
