Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a frontline branch teammate to provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain records. You will engage clients, guide them through digital banking options, and support sales with outbound calls and IRM activities.

Responsibilities include delivering a distinctive client experience, adhering to controls, assisting with new accounts, and participating in training. Weekend availability and travel for staffing may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking options to enhance their service experience.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and web-based learning.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and keep up with policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling branch workload fluidly.
