Fire Protection Services, LLC in Perry, GA is seeking a Client Advocate to be the first voice customers hear and to own the relationship after the sale. You will answer calls, close out inspections, keep clients informed, and explore opportunities to expand services.

As a Client Advocate, you will deliver reports, send service links, support payment collection, and conduct customer surveys between visits. Strong communication and organization are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to retain accounts.
• Experience with multiple software platforms; ServiceTrade a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and resolve questions quickly and professionally.
• Close out inspections, deliver reports, and suggest additional services.
• Ensure compliance and manage backflow reporting.
• Send service links and support payment collection.
• Follow up with customers between service visits.
