Job summary

Fire Protection Services, LLC in Perry, GA is hiring a Client Advocate to be the first voice customers hear and to own the relationship after the sale. You’ll answer calls, close out inspections, deliver reports, and seek opportunities to expand services while coordinating across teams.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and at least 1 year of customer service experience; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to grammar and tone.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to handle objections and retain accounts.
• Comfort with multiple software platforms; ServiceTrade experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be first on inbound phones, resolving customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally
• Close out completed inspections, deliver reports, and recommend additional services
• Manage compliance and backflow reporting
• Send service links and support job completion and payment collection
• Conduct customer surveys and check in with clients between service visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships across our full client base
