Job summary

NFP is seeking a Client Advocate to manage day-to-day benefit administration for multiple clients. You will complete enrollments, terminations, and employee changes, and assist with monthly billing reconciliation.

The role involves answering client emails and calls, delivering excellent service, and maintaining ongoing broker and carrier relationships. Knowledge of carrier rules and state jurisdictions is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred to support client work.
• 3-5 years of related industry experience may substitute education.
• L&H license required or willingness to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team inbox for incoming cases and requests from broker clients.
• Enter all transactions from the inbox onto the daily tracking sheet.
• Track daily progress for team transparency and organization on the Smart Sheet.
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers and carriers through daily follow-ups.
• Communicate information clearly to Broker clients by phone or email.
• Lead teammates and participate in carrier forums and trainings.
