Build and maintain long-term client relationships through tailored service and effective use of CRM tools, and support the store team in operational and merchandising activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable client experiences and tailor interactions to exceed expectations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and proactively source new clients using CRM.
• Support merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and the smooth running of the sales ceremony; mentor peers as needed.
• Maintain and update CRM records to build and retain relationships with loyal clients.
