CELINE, a premier luxury brand, is seeking an energetic retail associate for Saks Fifth Avenue Boston. Drive store sales, nurture client relationships, and participate in events while maintaining premium service standards.

The role emphasizes luxury product passion, client book expansion, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior luxury retail experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, focus on sales, luxury preferred.
• Computer literate; able to learn and use various software packages.
• Candidates with client books strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Capture all relevant customer information for database entry.
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Follow up on shipping, alterations, or other client issues.
• Assist in general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as requested.
