Job summary

CELINE, located at Nordstrom Seattle, seeks a dynamic retail associate to drive luxury sales and cultivate client relationships. You will use product knowledge to maximize transactions, maintain client books, and promote store events while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role demands 3+ years in retail, strong computer skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. A passion for luxury design and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages.
• Candidates with client books strongly preferred.
• Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales.
• Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design.
• Tech Savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
• Service orientation and customer focused.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Capture all relevant customer information for database entry.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Follow up on shipping, alterations, or other client issues.
• Assist in housekeeping and store image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as requested.

The compensation for this position ranges from $22.00 - $27.00 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
