Drive sales through strong client relationships, clienteling, and delivering memorable moments at The Landmark store in New York City. This role focuses on meeting commercial targets while cultivating repeat business and long-term client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Embody the brand and provide the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow outreach and repeat business.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Deliver elevated in-store service, optimize hospitality and store amenities, and act on client feedback.
• Convert clients through discovery, product knowledge, and styling recommendations.

Requirements
