Summary

Deliver the Tiffany Experience to every client by representing the brand and providing personalized luxury service. Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and achieving store commercial targets through clienteling and elevated in-store experiences. This full-time, store-based role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver the Tiffany Touch in every client interaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and cultivate repeat business through clienteling.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and update client data using client tracking systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Deliver elevated in-store experiences and personalized styling during client appointments.
• Convert clients through discovery, product knowledge, and promotion of key product pillars.
• Collaborate with the store team to optimize hospitality, act on client feedback, and enhance the in-store experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to connect with clients and strong communication and sales skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: College/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
