Summary

The Client Advisor provides outstanding customer service and drives sales by building and maintaining client relationships, leveraging product knowledge, and supporting store operations. This role upholds brand standards and contributes to visual presentation, loss prevention, and daily store functions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve client advisor metrics, CRM requirements, and individual sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books; follow up on client inquiries and special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
• Use POS and customer database systems accurately and assist with inventory functions and restocking.
• Support visual merchandising standards with direction from VM and management; perform regular store maintenance.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, participate in team meetings, and help train new Client Advisors.
• Adhere to loss prevention, store policies, and health and safety guidelines while maintaining a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use POS and inventory management systems; organizational skills and digital literacy.
• Flexible availability including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum High School Diploma; foreign language skills a plus.
