Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Client Advisor who serves as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client service and meeting individual sales goals. The role builds meaningful relationships through product knowledge and store rituals while contributing to boutique performance.

You will support floor merchandising, assist clients, and manage stock and inventory, ensuring brand standards are upheld and assets are protected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience.
• Luxury brand experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales.
• Organize assigned stock on the floor and in the stockroom, participate in inventory and cycle counts, and follow procedures to protect boutique assets.
• Assist with packing or wrapping merchandise and follow store security procedures as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to build lasting client relationships with strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to provide outstanding service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment, stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds.
