Responsibilities

• Contact Clients & Prospects by phone, text, & email
• Initiate outbound calls to clients & prospective clients
• Gather information needed to prepare quotes, proposals, & policy reviews
• Request documents & follow up on outstanding information
• Assist with policy renewal & client review outreach
• Identify additional needs & opportunities for existing clients
• Provide a professional & helpful client experience
