- Current vehicle insurance coverage.
Responsibilities
- Contact Clients & Prospects by phone, text, & email
- Initiate outbound calls to clients & prospective clients
- Gather information needed to prepare quotes, proposals, & policy reviews
- Request documents & follow up on outstanding information
- Assist with policy renewal & client review outreach
- Identify additional needs & opportunities for existing clients
- Provide a professional & helpful client experience
