Job summary

BrightCover is seeking a Client Advisor to work with pre-qualified inbound customers to finalize insurance purchases and provide coverage recommendations. This role operates in a high-volume sales environment, delivering accurate, efficient, and consultative service to customers actively seeking coverage.

Responsibilities include engaging inbound quotes, evaluating customer needs for home, auto, and personal lines, guiding policy selection, and processing applications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in insurance, mortgage, or sales preferred but not required.
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain training.

Responsibilities
