Job summary

CINC Systems in Georgia is seeking an Adoption Consultant – Management to support clients after go-live. You will train and onboard new clients, guide adoption of Violations, Work Orders, ACC, Collections, homeowner portal, and AI skills, and deliver live webinars to drive long-term success.

The role requires strong communication, deep knowledge of property management processes, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in property management or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of external consulting experience in property management or related industry a plus.
• Expert understanding of property management processes (violations, work orders, homeowner/board communications).
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Professional competence in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet live with management company clients post go-live to operationalize day-to-day processes.
• Provide in-depth training on management functionality and best practices.
• Deliver platform tours and host webinars to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams for smooth transitions.
• Identify risks to client success and suggest improvements.
• Maintain project management documentation and time tracking.
