CINC Systems is seeking an Adoption Consultant – Management in Duluth, GA/Remote to work with our HOA clients after go-live, enabling onboarding and ongoing adoption of CINC’s management modules. You’ll lead trainings, host webinars, and guide customers toward long-term success with Violations, Work Orders, ACC, and the homeowner portal.

You will train and coach clients, monitor adoption, collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success, and help optimize workflows using CINC solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in property management, community association management, or related field strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of external consulting experience, ideally in property management or related industries.
• Expert understanding of property management processes, including violations, work orders, and homeowner/board communications.
• Experience with direct client-facing engagements and communicating to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Meet with management company clients post go-live to operationalize processes in the CINC platform.
• Provide in-depth training and guided sessions on management functionality and best practices.
• Deliver product tours of the CINC platform to client teams to drive adoption.
• Host live webinars for ongoing customer education and feature updates.
• Coach clients on AI skills and daily management workflows within CINC solutions.
