Job summary

Cusick Community Management in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Training Specialist to own employee training, onboarding, systems education, and program rollouts. The role reports to the President and requires full-time, salaried in-office work with onboarding weeks and major rollouts.

The candidate will develop training materials, train on platforms including CINC, HOAce, AvidXchange, and Vonage, and collaborate with senior leadership on company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development or a supervisory role with training responsibilities.
• Community association management experience is preferred.
• Experience building training programs and materials from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience from day one through ramp period.
• Develop and maintain onboarding plans and training materials.
• Serve as internal trainer for CINC, HOAce, AvidXchange, and Vonage.
• Design training for new programs and system changes.
• Provide board training for transitioning communities.
• Partner with leadership to roll out company-wide initiatives.
