Job summary

Responsibilities include managing attorney inventory, resolving aged invoices and credit balances, and conducting outreach via email, phone, and mail. Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collection strategies and financial reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and interact with attorneys, assistants, and clients.
• Manage assigned attorneys' inventory, monitoring and resolving aged invoices, credit balances, and aged unbilled work.
• Handle all aspects of attorney and client outreach to resolve non-payment issues.
• Respond to collection related requests quickly, effectively, and accurately.
• Work with peers and management on collection related requests.
• Partner with the Billing team to resolve auditing and reconciliation issues.
